Our Bistrot, located in the centre of Palmanova, 2 minutes away from Piazza Grande, welcomes you in our beautiful, spacious indoor area or outdoors, a covered area in case of bad weather.

Besides our unparalleled Prosciutto di San Daniele D.O.P. Terra Madre Selection, which you can enjoy right here or take away, there is a wide range of local products to try: from local cured meats to the renowned cheeses of the dairy Latteria di Coderno and those alpine cheeses from the high Carnia mountain pastures.

 

For lunch and dinner we offer a variety of typical Friulian dishes prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients such as tripe (served all year round), Vicenza-style cod (Baccalà alla vincentina), cuttlefish stew, traditional Friulian potato and cheese pie frico, donkey stew and, in winter, game dishes.

 

The wine cellar offers Friulian wines, in particular those from the DOC Collio area, which offer the ideal accompaniment to our regular cold cuts and cheese tastings.

 

Next to the Bistrot is our SHOP, where you can find some of the products from our Bistrot and many other thoughtfully hand-picked delicacies.
