Terra Madre 1891 is a co-operative, which was founded in 2019 to promote and shine a spotlight on the unique signature Italian cured ham Prosciutto di San Daniele.
The members of the co-operative select the best San Daniele D.O.P. certified legs after processing, which extends from the slaughter of the exclusively local pigs to the maturation, to guarantee that the final product is delicious and authentic to the core.
Our TERRA MADRE 1891 BISTROT and TERRA MADRE 1891 SHOP originated from the passion for premium food and high-quality local craftsmanship.
